Corporate & leadership coaching

From agreed strategy to leadership behaviour.

I help leaders and teams turn decisions into commitments, and commitments into consistent execution. Confidential, practical, in English, Russian and Uzbek.

Where results are lost

The model can be flawless. People still carry out the execution.

Structure, roles and KPIs set the direction, but they do not create accountability or execution discipline. Between a decision and a result sits behaviour: what a leader does on Monday morning, how a team keeps its agreements, what happens when things get hard. That is where I work.

Three stages

  1. 01

    Strategy

Decisions are made; structure, roles and KPIs are agreed, often together with a consulting partner.

  2. 02

    Behaviour

Decisions become personal commitments and practices of specific people. This is my territory.

  3. 03

    Execution

Regular review, honest assessment of results, and escalation of systemic barriers to those who can remove them.

From intent to implementation.

What makes me different

I have seen consulting from the other side of the table.

For many years I worked in large organisations that hired consulting and training companies for leadership programmes, workshops and change. I saw first-hand what remains when the consultant leaves: usually a good report and the same habits. So I do what is most often left out: I carry a decision through to the behaviour of specific people, and I check it with numbers.

The consultant decides what to change. I help people actually do it.

How it usually goesHow I work
The training ends, the habits staySeven weeks on a real task of your team, not on classroom cases
Success means “it was useful” feedbackTwo working metrics agreed before we start
Promises of higher engagementI do not promise it. I check what can be checked: were commitments kept
Consultant and coach roles are blurredRoles are separated in writing: diagnostics stay with the consultant, behaviour is mine
A report with names and judgements about peopleA report without names. Nothing goes into appraisals, bonuses or dismissals
  • The client’s viewI worked in corporations and international organisations (UNICEF, Quintiles) that hired consultants and trainers
  • Professional trainingICF-accredited Level 2 programme, 125 hours (FLOW Coaching Institute), plus 96 hours at Client-Centred Coaching School
  • Intensive-care physician12 years of clinical practice: I know how people decide under pressure

I am ready to say “you do not need this”. If no behavioural gap remains after the consultants’ work, the pilot is not needed, and I will say so plainly.

Group session: the Resonance Method

For a team: breath, rhythm or sound combined with coaching reflection. We begin with one trial session, then decide together.

About 60 minutes · group of 8–20 · voluntary

Discuss a group session

Fees are discussed after a short conversation: they depend on the format and the participants. I work in Russian, Uzbek and English, online and in person in Tashkent.

Signature method

be present before the first word

The Resonance Method

A voluntary group format for teams: breath, movement, rhythm or sound combined with coaching reflection. It helps a group gather, align attention, and reach a conversation that might not otherwise happen. It rests on my medical training (anaesthesia and intensive care) and an understanding of how stress works in the body.

  1. 1

    Tune in

A short practice brings participants back to the body and the present moment.

  2. 2

    Direct attention

Rhythm, sound or movement gathers the group around a shared focus.

  3. 3

    Make sense of it

Coaching reflection turns experience into decisions and agreements.

What it sounds and looks like

What it looks like in practice

A seven-week pilot

  1. 1

    Readiness check

The consultant or sponsor confirms that structure, roles, authority and KPIs are in order. If the problem is there, coaching will not help, and I will say so.

  2. 2

    Numbers before we start

We choose one result and two metrics, for example the share of commitments kept on time or the time from problem to decision.

  3. 3

    Seven weeks of practice

A kick-off session, small groups (four 90-minute meetings), optional one-to-one sessions. Up to 40 hours, in Russian, Uzbek or English.

  4. 4

    Measure and decide

The same metrics at the end and after 60–90 days. We decide together: continue, adjust or stop.

Confidentiality: the sponsor receives only agreed work commitments and anonymised themes. What is said in sessions is not shared with third parties.

Experience you can verify

Evidence, not promises

4.5–5.0 / 5

360° assessment (Talent Innovations, 2024). Highest score: supporting colleagues' development through coaching and mentoring.

Internal coach

Recognised as a qualified internal coach by UNICEF at country and regional level.

An office from zero

Set up the Odesa field office in 2022; the team kept working through war and months without electricity or heating.

Large programmes

Managed EU (€5M) and Global Fund ($34M) grants; trained thousands of primary-care professionals.

About

I help leaders carry decisions through complexity.

I am a physician, an anaesthesiologist and intensivist, with 14 years of practice. I then spent 16 years with UNICEF in more than six countries, including Uzbekistan, Sierra Leone, DPR Korea, Türkiye (Syria crisis response), Bangladesh and Ukraine. I built offices and led large programmes and teams where decisions had to work immediately.

Coaching became a natural continuation. What I value most is the moment a person finds their own way to act, and acts.

I am also a musician and songwriter (BahoRim). Rhythm and sound are part of my group work.

Education and credentials

  • MD, Andijan State Medical Institute
  • Master of Medical Administration, Nagoya University (Japan)
  • Member, International Coaching Federation (ICF)
  • FLOW Certified Professional Coach, 125 hours, ICF-accredited programme (Level 2)
  • Certified Professional Coach, Client-Centred Coaching School, 96 hours
  • ICF credential pathway in progress; no ACC/PCC status is claimed until awarded

What this work is not

  • It does not replace management systems, performance evaluation or functional training.
  • It is not medical or psychological care.
  • It does not fix systemic problems such as conflicting KPIs, unclear authority, lack of resources. I hand those back to the sponsor or consulting partner.
